Bury Society for Blind and Partially Sighted People have a new mascot but as yet with no name.
A competition has been launched to find a name for this cute furry cuddly puppy with big dark eyes.
Cllr Yvonne Wright, Chairman said “The mascot will not only raise the profile of the Society and help raise much needed funds but will raise awareness of sight loss too”.
We aim to promote our "Name the Puppy Competition" at many places all over the borough. Its £1 to enter and the winner will receive £100.
We have the entry forms at our centre 36 Bolton Street Bury.
The competition is to be launched in The Millgate at 10am on the 2nd of October.
